0) Play music with Rhytmbox => OK!
1) Crash gnome-shell
2) Restore system automatic gnome-shell
3) Not sound (chromium (youtube); rhytmbox, etc.)

Not go rhytmbox, not play music.

If the problem appears only after the crash of gnome-shell, it's more likely a problem in PulseAudio.

To be sure, compare alsa-info.sh outputs before and after the problem happens.  Run alsa-info.sh with --no-upload option and attach the outputs to bugzilla.
Possibly you can see the mixer status changes between them.  Then you can adjust it manually via alsamixer or amixer.  Pass -c0 option to these programs to skip PulseAudio plugin.

And, try to play without PulseAudio, too.  For example,
   % aplay -Dplughw:0 foo.wav

If the above is blocked by PA, wrap it with pasuspender.
