Screenshot of the bug

Previously drawn windows are not cleared on redrawing during the movement (see WindowsDrawingBug.png). This issue happens only in some regions of the screen, particularly on the regions that became available after plugging a higher resolution display after the suspending a laptop from the sleep mode.
This bug is not always repropducable and had much more severe issues on revious kernels (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1651520).
