Problem Description: irq overflow occures every 30 seconds and causes picture and sound disstortions

Steps to reproduce: tuning card to any channel (e.g tzap) and receive signal

Watching a channel causes irq overflows exactly every 30 seconds. Picture and sound gets distorted during overflow.
