How are you starting wpa_supplicant? Are you using -Dnl80211? If so, please use -Dwext for the time being. Hello Johannes this is my interfaces file. For more information, see interfaces(5). # The loopback network interface auto lo iface lo inet loopback # The primary network interface allow-hotplug eth0 iface eth0 inet dhcp #wlan pci karte dlink auto wlan1 allow-hotplug wlan1 iface wlan1 inet static address 192.168.1.101 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.254 wireless-mode Managed wireless-essid myssid wpa-ssid myssid wpa-psk mypassword Hello Johannes now i found what i forgot. i put the following line in my interfaces file and now it works wpa-driver wext Thanks for your help regards Oliver Hello all with the entry wpa-driver wext in my interfaces file the network works approximate 2 hours then the wlan stops again. i found the following entrys in my wpa_supplicant.conf cat /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf ctrl_interface=/var/run/wpa_supplicant eapol_version=1 ap_scan=1 network={ ssid="myssid" key_mgmt=WPA-PSK proto=WPA pairwise=TKIP group=TKIP psk="mywpapassword" } regards Oliver Thanks for the information. The following information will be helpful to debug this issue. can you post rate stats?. cat <debugfs_root>/ath9k/phyX/rcstat Also, do you see any change in tx/rx interrupt counts when the issue happens?. Read interrupt stats few times in a second interval when the issue happens and post them. cat <debugfs_root>/ath9k/phyX/interrupt >> <dest_file> Also, can you please post dmesg and lspci output?.
