Description Maciek Józiewicz 2009-07-02 12:26:01 UTC
I have a Lenovo N200 0769-EAG with a 965GM. I was happily using rcs of 2.6.30 with KMS enabled and it all worked fine. However the final 2.6.30 boots up in native 1280x800, but the fb is restricted to 1024x768 from the upper left corner. In X I get a proper 1280x800 and xrandr reports TV is disconnected (even if I connect, I suppose there is no support yet - I'm using the git version of xf86-video-intel) and I can use my VGA output without problems. That's what dmesg says:

Linux agpgart interface v0.103
agpgart-intel 0000:00:00.0: Intel 965GM Chipset
agpgart-intel 0000:00:00.0: detected 7676K stolen memory

Reassigned this regression to video/dri
Comment 2 Maciek Józiewicz 2009-07-08 16:46:27 UTC
It's still present in 2.6.30.1, but not in 2.6.31-rc2. I don't know about rc1 because it oopses (http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13637).
