Problem Description:
When compiling the 2.6.24.2 kernel this warning occurs for slub.c (related to kfree function) :

mm/slub.c: In function ‘kfree’:

mm/slub.c:2604: attention : passing argument 3 of ‘slab_free’ discards qualifiers from pointer target type

This is a gcc 4.2 warning.

Commit 5bb983b0cce9b7b281af15730f7019116dd42568 fixes this.

kernel-2.6.25-rc1-git 2 has no such warning on build.
