Description nE0sIghT 2015-03-03 16:54:06 UTC
While DragonRise usb gamepad plugged-in no one Linux kernel (tested by me) can boot up my system. This is looks like a "black screen hang" without any activity. If i unplug gamepad within small time (about 10 seconds) boot process continues as normal.

Here is part of /var/log/messages: http://pastebin.com/wMPMKFiv

Actual hang is between those events (~9 seconds):
Mar 3 18:29:35 vortex kernel: [ 0.064345] x86: Booting SMP configuration:
Mar 3 18:29:35 vortex kernel: [ 0.064357] .... node #0, CPUs: #1 #2 #3
Mar 3 18:29:35 vortex kernel: [ 9.091236] x86: Booted up 1 node, 4 CPUs

Event at timestamp 9.091236 occurred after i unplugged gamepad.

Windows 8.1 has no boot problems with that gamepad plugged in.

My hardware:
Motherboard: MSI P67A-C45 (B3)
Chipset: Intel P67 (B3)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400
Gamepad: ID 0079:0011 DragonRise Inc. Gamepad
lsusb -v for gamepad: http://pastebin.com/Fu8aerdp

/proc/config.gz from Gentoo: http://pastebin.com/3FausB66
