vc032x double bytesperline for YVYU and YUYV formats

Webcam using gspca/vc032x driver are not correctly working with recent v4l-utils (>=0.9.1) because bytesperline for YVYU and YUYV formats are wrong.
The used USB device is Logitech Orbicam 046d:0892.

Attached proposed patch.

Same problem with Logitech Orbicam 046d:0896 on Acer Aspire 5680. Problem solved with proposed patch

Confirmed with "046d:0896 Logitech, Inc. OrbiCam" integrated on an Acer Aspire 5685. The patch solves the problem here too. Thanks!
