Well, first of all, I don't think this is an regression as the warning messages have been there for a long time.
Second, the warning message itself is not an problem to me, as this conflict may or may not results in some issues, and it is used as an indicator in case there is something wrong when running Linux.

So, is there a real problem when using this machine, except those warning messages?
Comment 2 Dan Jacobson 2014-10-14 03:16:46 UTC
That's the problem: how do I know if there is a real problem with my machine other than these warning messages?!
Comment 3 Zhang Rui 2014-10-14 05:27:31 UTC
I mean a real user-visible problem.
And from your pose, I think the answer is no.
Bug closed, but please feel free to re-open it if you're aware of some issues when using Linux.
