Problem Description:
every things work correctly but when i want to shutdown it fails at the end of the
process with this message:
system halted
psmouse.c: Failed to deactivate mouse on isa0060/serio1
shutdown: hda #again
system halted
Steps to reproduce:

the last kernel able to shutdown and working perfectly is
2.6.19-r5(gentoo-sources)

this is broken in 2.6.19, 2.6.20, and 2.6.21?

does it work better if booted with "acpi=off"?

No, that don't work , i tried that already.
