Somtimes it will never recover (I have no error logs for this event). All logs I show are from soft locks after which the system returned so I could get the in fo from dmesg. I tracked the error down to the "JMicron 20360/20363 AHCI Controller". Disabling this device in the bios results in a smooth running system. Even the usb_hcd_irq+0x0/0x52 soft lockups have gone. I don't get the rellation between usb_hcd_irq IRQ soft lockups and the disappearence of these when diabling the JMicron device. It doesn't matter if "AHCI" or "normal operation" is set in the BIOS for this device. I checkd with WinXP and there the system runs stabel. So i guess it's not a a damaged controller. Am I right? If you need more information, please let me know. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Power on PC 2.Use ist or not 3.The softlock WILL occure in any case Collection of soft lockups: BUG: soft lockup detected on CPU#0! From the look of it, some softirq handler takes a long time to run. This doesn't necessarily mean it's the AHCI controller that is to blame. Please remove the nvidia module and try to reproduce. If the problem persists, it could help to attach the full dmesg of a system boot here for reference.
Okay, Here's the error without nvidia CS driver. All I can give you is a picture of the error: http://olausson.name/temp/IMG_4192.JPG Any ideas what this error is about? Irealized that I had ex4dv as filesystem. So I switched back zo ext3 and bootet again with the nvidia CS driver and the ps locked again. Finally I got a screenshot output for you from the whole bug. Luckiely I had a konsole open with some text in it. The system got locked, keyboard is no longer funktional. All I could use was my mouse. So I tried to copy and paste the letters for "dmesg > BUG" together with the mous and used a whole marked line to send it of. For securety reasons I have taken a screenshot to. I got the screenhot in that way: Again with the mouse searched all letters for "cat BUG" and then took a screenshot of the output. And it was good that way... after a reboot I couldn't find the BUG file.... so here's the "MonitorShot" http://olausson.name/temp/IMG_4193.JPG This one is now without nvidia CS driver and without ext4dev. I thought I'll never get an answere here, so I opened a bug in the gentoo bug system thought I am using vanilla kernel. So maybe we should concentrade on one bug system. http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171185
Can you please attach the output of lspci -vv here, as well as the output of dmesg after booting the system (but before the hang occurs)? What drives are attached to the IDE controller? As to the oops that happened after you disabled the nvidia driver, that looks odd. You could try booting with vga=ask, select a video mode with 80 lines or more, and take a picture of that. If that doesn't help, setting up a serial console may be required to capture the oops.
Okay, here comes the requested info. But I have to note something Today I changed my hardware setup. I added an other Plextor DVD-RW drive. Before there was just the PX-130A attached to the jmicron controller as master and jumpered as master. Now the PX-130A drive is on CableSelect on the slave port, and a PX7-708A ist jumpered CS and is connected as master. I swithced to the latest kernel (2.6.21-rc6) but IMHO there where no changes in the SATA driver section. Another new hardware is a Frontpannel with another 3 USB-Ports an a MultiCard- Reader. With the disabled jmicron controller the system worked fine for days now. So now I re-enabled the jmicron controller to see what happens. If it helbs, i can provide ssh access to this machine. The last screenshot (http://olausson.name/temp/IMG_4193.JPG) shows the complete error using xorg with the xorg nv driver and kde as WM. The previous shot (http://olausson.name/temp/IMG_4192.JPG) is missing a part of the output. and is taken under the same circumstances (except i was using ext4dev, swithced to tty12 and wayted for the error to occure. xorg with kde was still running in the back) So here the info now. root@freax $ lspci -vv 00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation 82975X Memory Controller Hub (rev c0) Subsystem: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. Any progress? Any hints? Any suggestions? Hardware issue? Bug? regards Bjoern
Bjoern, just to get a better understanding of the issue: Does the problem still occur when the jmicron controller is enabled in the BIOS, but the Linux jmicron ATA driver is not built or loaded?
IMHO no. But only IMHO cause I never tested this szenario explicite, but I'll test it right away and report the result. Thanks for your support! Just for completeness dmsg, interrupts, lspci and lsmod output can be found here: http://olausson.name/bug/jmicron_enabled_-_without_kernel_driver.txt and attached as file regards Bjoern

>Bjoern, just to get a better understanding of the issue: > >Does the problem still occur when the jmicron controller is enabled in the >BIOS, >but the Linux jmicron ATA driver is not built or loaded? No the problem _does not_ occure when the jmicron controller is enabled but the kerneldriver is disabled/not loaded. So it seems as this is really related to this driver... Regards Bjoern
Tested with latest kernel 2.6.21, still got the Soft Lockup. Here's a logfile with all information... (3 crashes) Thought it is with the CS nvidia-driver, it's maybe usfull. http://olausson.name/bug/2007.04.26_with_nvidia-driver.log regards Bjoern
Created attachment 11278 [details] Kernel 2.6.21 Soft lockup Note, these bugs where logged with the nvidia closed source driver. If you want/need I can reproduce these errors without the nvidia driver as shown in the posts. regards Bjoern
Any clue where these Soft lockups come from? Just a rough estimation? Thanks Bjoern
Any news? Problem is still remaining. Should I change hardware? regards Bjoern
Looks to me like bad IRQ routing certainly doesn't look like a disk driver bug (or if it is then its a strange one). Usual stuff to try is disabling ioapic, disabling ACPI, checking for BIOS updates that mention ACPI fixes or Interrupt table fixes or $PIR fixes. Possibly also disabling MSI if its in use. Might also be interesting to build a kernel with lock debugging enabled and see if it throws anything else up
BIOS is the latest. I'll append "ACPI=off nolapic noapic" to the kernel boot line. Or should I disable it in the BIOS? Recompiled the Kernel with: --- Lock debugging: detect incorrect freeing of live locks [*] Lock debugging: prove locking correctness Now waiting for the next softlock. Thanks BJoern

Nice to see someone found the way to this bug-post. I found many more people messing around with this bug, but most du not care about this bug, they just disable the controller and do not report bugs or go deeper in this problem. Wellcome in the club ;-) I see you get locks on both cpus, I just get a lock on cpu0 mmmh. wired wired... Hope anybody can resolve this. regards Bjoern
Not yet but the second traces are useful as they don't seem to have the nvidia binary driver loaded
Cc'ing Albert. This problem is confusing but in the last two reports ata_hsm_move() seemed to go out for lunch (> 10secs) while trying to transfer CDB. PATA port on JMB363 seems to be the problem here. Any ideas?
> ata_hsm_move() seemed to go out for lunch (> 10secs) while trying to > transfer CDB. Use 10+ secs to transfer 12-bytes while holding the ap->lock? Too bad. > PATA port on JMB363 seems to be the problem here. Any ideas? No idea. Maybe Bjoern can turn on the ATA_DEBUG and ATA_VERBOSE_DEBUG in libata.h and rebuild a debug kernel. Hopefully we can have some clue like any strange command sequence that causing the problem...
>No idea. Maybe Bjoern can turn on the ATA_DEBUG and ATA_VERBOSE_DEBUG in >libata.h and rebuild a debug kernel. Hopefully we can have some clue like any >strange command sequence that causing the problem... I'll do so. With and without NVIDIA CS driver. Is there something I'll have to know about these ATA_DEBUG and ATA_VERBOSE_DEBUG. (Where can I log the debug messages, do I have to echo something to the kernel, any special info you require...) Tell me and I try to serve your demands. regards Bjoern
Hi Bjoern, 1. Please get a copy of kernel source; edit include/linux/libata.h and change 2 lines of code to: #define ATA_DEBUG #define ATA_VERBOSE_DEBUG 2. Rebuild the kernel and reboot the system 3. Your /var/log/messages will be flooded with tons of debug messages (Hopefully won't be that much since hard drive are on AHCI.) 4. tail -f /var/log/message from (serial) console 5. Capture the debug messages right before the soft lockup. Hopefully we can see some clue there.
Thanks for the nice howto. Compiling the kernel right now. regards Bjoern
During boot and runtime the line ahci_interrupt: ENTER is repeated endles. is this O.K.? Before I submitt my log I'll filter these lines out. Now waiting for the lock. regards Bjoern
Okay, now my system was up for several houres and I can't reproduce the bug. With and without the NVIDIA drivers. I don't understand it... It's completely wired. I did not change hardware, or altered aanything in my hardware setup. Only thing I did was, as usual, keep my system up to date. In the last days, there were glibc and glib updates... could it be that the bug was produced by any other peace of system-software except the driver? Anyway, I'll post extractions of my debug log and my system/software environment. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- root@freax $ emerge --info Portage 2.1.2.7 (default-linux/amd64/2006.1, gcc-4.1.2, glibc-2.5-r3, 2.6.21.3 x86_64) ================================================================= System uname: 2.6.21.3 x86_64 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz Gentoo Base System release 1.12.9 Timestamp of tree: Thu, 07 Jun 2007 07:20:01 +0000 distcc 2.18.3 x86_64-pc-linux-gnu (protocols 1 and 2) (default port 3632) [disabled] ccache version 2.4 [enabled] dev-java/java-config: 1.3.7, 2.0.32 dev-lang/python: 2.4.4-r4 dev-python/pycrypto: 2.0.1-r5 dev-util/ccache: 2.4-r7 sys-apps/sandbox: 1.2.17 sys-devel/autoconf: 2.13, 2.61 sys-devel/automake: 1.4_p6, 1.5, 1.6.3, 1.7.9-r1, 1.8.5-r3, 1.9.6-r2, 1.10 sys-devel/binutils: 2.16.1-r3 sys-devel/gcc-config: 1.3.16 sys-devel/libtool: 1.5.22 virtual/os-headers: 2.6.17-r2 ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="amd64" AUTOCLEAN="yes" CBUILD="x86_64-pc-linux-gnu" CFLAGS="-march=nocona -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer" CHOST="x86_64-pc-linux-gnu" CONFIG_PROTECT="/etc /usr/kde/3.5/env /usr/kde/3.5/share/config /usr/kde/3.5/ shutdown /usr/share/X11/xkb /usr/share/config" CONFIG_PROTECT_MASK="/etc/env.d /etc/env.d/java/ /etc/gconf /etc/revdep-rebuild /etc/terminfo /etc/texmf/web2c" CXXFLAGS="-march=nocona -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer" DISTDIR="/usr/portage/distfiles" FEATURES="ccache distlocks metadata-transfer parallel-fetch sandbox sfperms strict" GENTOO_MIRRORS="ftp://ftp.belnet.be/mirror/rsync.gentoo.org/gentoo/ ftp:// ftp.easynet.nl/mirror/gentoo/ http://distfiles.gentoo.org http:// www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/gentoo" LANG="de_DE.utf8" LC_ALL="de_DE.utf8" LINGUAS="de sv" MAKEOPTS="-j3" PKGDIR="/usr/portage/packages" PORTAGE_RSYNC_OPTS="--recursive --links --safe-links --perms --times --compress --force --whole-file --delete --delete-after --stats --timeout=180 --exclude=/ distfiles --exclude=/local --exclude=/packages --filter=H_**/files/digest-*" PORTAGE_TMPDIR="/var/tmp" PORTDIR="/usr/portage" PORTDIR_OVERLAY="/usr/portage/local/layman/xeffects /usr/portage/local/layman/ sunrise /usr/local/portage" SYNC="rsync://rsync.europe.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage" USE="X a52 aac aalib acpi aiglx alsa amd64 ares asf bash-completion berkdb bitmap-fonts bittorrent bluetooth bzip2 cairo cdparanoia cli connectionstatus cpudetection cracklib crypt css cups curl daap dbus dga divx4linux dri dts dv dvd dvdr dvdread edl emovix encode exif fam fbcon ffmpeg flac foomaticdb fortran gdbm gif gimp glitz gnutls gpm gtk gtk2 hal highlight history iconv imagemagick isdnlog java jpeg jpeg2k kde libg++ lirc live lm_sensors logitech- mouse lzo mad madwifi matroska metalink midi mjpeg modplug mp3 mpeg mplayer mudflap musepack musicbrainz ncurses network nfs nls nptl nptlonly nsplugin nvidia ogg openal opengl openmp pam pam_console pcre pda pdf perl png ppds pppd python qt3 quicktime readline reflection rtc samba scanner sdl sensord session sndfile spell spl ssl svg tcltk tcpd theora tiff tk transcode transparency truetype truetype-fonts type1-fonts unicode usb userlocales utempter v4l v4l2 vcd vidcap vorbis wxwindows x264 xine xinerama xml xorg xvid yahoo zlib" ALSA_CARDS="hda-intel intel8x0" ALSA_PCM_PLUGINS="adpcm alaw asym copy dmix dshare dsnoop empty extplug file hooks iec958 ioplug ladspa lfloat linear meter mulaw multi null plug rate route share shm softvol" ELIBC="glibc" INPUT_DEVICES="keyboard mouse evdev" KERNEL="linux" LCD_DEVICES="bayrad cfontz cfontz633 glk hd44780 lb216 lcdm001 mtxorb ncurses text" LINGUAS="de sv" LIRC_DEVICES="asusdh" USERLAND="GNU" VIDEO_CARDS="nvidia vesa fbdev nv" Unset: CTARGET, EMERGE_DEFAULT_OPTS, INSTALL_MASK, LDFLAGS, PORTAGE_COMPRESS, PORTAGE_COMPRESS_FLAGS, PORTAGE_RSYNC_EXTRA_OPTS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- root@freax $ lspci -vv 00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation 82975X Memory Controller Hub (rev c0) Subsystem: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. I guess this is what is left over from my original bug. But every time I get this "HSM violation" the pc is stuttering for a second. I was listening to music and noticed randomly a stuttering in the music so I checked dmesg everytime I noticed such a stutter. And yes, everytime the music stutters I got this: ata9.01: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x0 action 0x2 ata9.01: (BMDMA stat 0x4) ata9.01: cmd a0/01:00:00:00:00/00:00:00:00:00/b0 tag 0 cdb 0x4a data 8 in res 00/00:00:00:00:00/00:00:00:00:00/00 Emask 0x2 (HSM violation) ata9: soft resetting port ata9.00: configured for UDMA/33 ata9.01: configured for UDMA/100 ata9: EH complete Better than befor, the system das noch lock completely. regards Bjoern
Two strange HSM violations in the log: 1. ATAPI HSM violation with cdb 0x4a (GET_EVENT_STATUS_NOTIFICATION). =================================================== For the first (NCQ) problem, maybe Tejun knows better. For the ATAPI problem, Bjoern, could you please check your 5GB log and see if any related trace: It would be something like "CDB (9:0,1,0) 4a 01 00 00 10 00 00 00 " followed by HSM violation. Thanks.

After I wrote the above comment I started to compress the file with bzip2 --best and I'll make it accessible through http... give me just some minutes to compress an some time to upload ;-)
The complete logfile can be found here: http://olausson.de/temp/messages.bz2 (it's very small... but I just hope bzip2 did a good job) Let me know if it is corrupted. size packed: 28802667 bytes size unpacked: 5629095798 bytes md5sum packed: 3a653713f45b92e98681ee76786ceeb7 md5sum unpacked: 30c43e9b7dca150f5ab0697d7fc6c549 Regards Björn Olausson
I've downloaded the log. There is some clue related to the ATAPI HSM violation. It seems only happens on the 2nd drive (PX-130A) connected to JMicron PATA port and only when GET_EVENT_STATUS_NOTIFICATION (0x4a). The error also only happens with some of GET_EVENT_STATUS_NOTIFICATION, not all. It seems sometimes the PX-130A drive interrupts when ATAPI DMA is still on going (host_stat 0x5). We needs to check if this is the problem of the Plextor drive or the JMicron PATA port. ====================== (transaction with HSM violation) Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_scsi_dump_cdb: CDB (9:0,1,0) 4a 01 00 00 10 00 00 00 08 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_scsi_translate: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_sg_setup: ENTER, ata9 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_sg_setup: 1 sg elements mapped Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_fill_sg: PRD[0] = (0x54B8A000, 0x8) Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata9: ata_dev_select: ENTER, device 1, wait 1 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_tf_load: feat 0x1 nsect 0x0 lba 0x0 0x0 0x0 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_tf_load: device 0xB0 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_exec_command: ata9: cmd 0xA0 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_scsi_translate: EXIT Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 1 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ahci_interrupt: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_hsm_move: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 1 (dev_stat 0x58) Jun 8 10:53:09 freax atapi_send_cdb: send cdb Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ahci_interrupt: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 3 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: host_stat 0x5 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ahci_interrupt: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ahci_interrupt: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 3 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: host_stat 0x4 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_hsm_move: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 3 (dev_stat 0x0) Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_hsm_move: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 4 (dev_stat 0x0) Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_scsi_timed_out: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_scsi_timed_out: EXIT, ret=0 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_scsi_error: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_port_flush_task: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ahci_interrupt: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_port_flush_task: flush #1 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata9: ata_port_flush_task: flush #2 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata9: ata_port_flush_task: EXIT Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_eh_autopsy: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_eh_autopsy: EXIT Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata9.01: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x0 action 0x2 Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata9.01: (BMDMA stat 0x4) Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata9.01: cmd a0/01:00:00:00:00/00:00:00:00:00/b0 tag 0 cdb 0x4a data 8 in Jun 8 10:53:09 freax res 00/00:00:00:00:00/00:00:00:00:00/00 Emask 0x2 (HSM violation) Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_eh_recover: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_eh_prep_resume: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:09 freax ata_eh_prep_resume: EXIT Jun 8 10:53:09 freax __ata_port_freeze: ata9 port frozen ==================== (normal transaction) Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_scsi_dump_cdb: CDB (9:0,1,0) 4a 01 00 00 10 00 00 00 08 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_scsi_translate: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_sg_setup: ENTER, ata9 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_sg_setup: 1 sg elements mapped Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_fill_sg: PRD[0] = (0x5430C000, 0x8) Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata9: ata_dev_select: ENTER, device 1, wait 1 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_tf_load: feat 0x1 nsect 0x0 lba 0x0 0x0 0x0 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_tf_load: device 0xB0 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_exec_command: ata9: cmd 0xA0 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_scsi_translate: EXIT Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_hsm_move: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 1 (dev_stat 0x58) Jun 8 10:53:12 freax atapi_send_cdb: send cdb Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 3 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: host_stat 0x1 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ahci_interrupt: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ahci_interrupt: ENTER Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 3 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: host_stat 0x1 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 3 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_host_intr: ata9: host_stat 0x4 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_hsm_move: ata9: protocol 7 task_state 3 (dev_stat 0x50) Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_hsm_move: ata9: dev 1 command complete, drv_stat 0x50 Jun 8 10:53:12 freax ata_sg_clean: unmapping 1 sg elements Jun 8 10:53:12 freax atapi_qc_complete: ENTER, err_mask 0x0
Hi Björn, It seems there is a disc in the PX-708A drive but not the PX-130A drive, right? To know more about the ATAPI HSM violation problem, could you please 1. Remove the disc from the PX-708A drive and insert it into the PX-130A drive. 2. Try to reproduce the HSM violation problem Thanks.
Now you mean WITH or WITHOUT (like this error I posted in comment 31 http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8259#c31) debugging enabled in libata? I am not 100% shure, but while gathing these logfile, most of the time there was no disk inside. But I'll try all cases, and mark it in the logfile when I inserted a DVD. - I'll start booting without any disk in the drives. An gather some data - Insert DVD into PX-130A, gather some data, remove the disc - Insert DVD into PX-708A, gather some data, remove the disc - Insert DVD into PX-130A and PX-708A, gather some data, remove the discs - Gather some more data without discs. Thanks for your help Best regards Bjoern
Ah, I am just courious, how did you track the error to a specific drive? Or what did you leed to the conclusion that the error was produced by the PX-130A? But... bevor I could reproduce the bug even without any attached drive. I'll try that too. After the above I'll disconnect the two devices. Thanks a lot Bjoern
Hi Bjoern, 1. With or without the libata debugging enabled are both ok. You have captured the detailed trace of the HSM violation already. 2. From the trace, it seems the cdb 0x4a (GET_EVENT_STATUS_NOTIFICATION) is only issued to (9:0,1,0) and that is the px-130a drive. I am not sure whether this is the problem of the px-130a drive or the jmicron adapter. We need to narrow it down. Fortunately, you have two drives connected to the jmicron adapter. If you remove the medium (not the drive itself) from the px-708a and place the medium into the px-130a drive, the system will start to issue GET_EVENT_STATUS_NOTIFICATION to px-708a, instead of px-130a. > I was listening to music and noticed randomly a stuttering in the music > so I checked dmesg everytime I noticed such a stutter. After the medium exchange, please check if such stuttering ever occurs. If do, please capture the dmesg with "HSM violation", thanks.
> But... bevor I could reproduce the bug even without any attached drive. Ah, the problem that I worked on is the "HSM violation error", not the soft lockup problem. Maybe we should open another bug for the HSM violation error, and leave this one for the original soft lockup problem...
Couriously there is no longer a softlock... and I cant't force the soft lockup... and I don't know what the reason could be whe there is no longer such a softlock... thats nasty. Sould I open a new bug for HSM violation? Could such a HSM violation be produced by a defective drive? regards Bjoern
> Couriously there is no longer a softlock.. I don't know why the softlock is gone neither. > Sould I open a new bug for HSM violation? IMHO yes, for the "randomly a stuttering in the music". > Could such a HSM violation be produced by a defective drive? No clue yet. We still need to narrow the root cause down.
I opened a new bug for HSM violation: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8627 regards Bjoern
Okay, it seems as if no one is longer experiencing this bug, neither do I, so lets close this bug... better I'll set it to "unreproducable" The HSM Violations are discussed in Bug 8627 and are more or less solved. ( http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8627 ) Regards blubbi
