I'm new to using the real-time patches and I'm seeing
some things that seem odd to me.  Namely, the
"bogomips" listed in /proc/cpuinfo is 7324.40 for a 266MHz
processor instead of the 538.65 value that it has without
the real-time patch.  Also, calls to gettimeofday return
times that increment at ~1/160 of the actual elapsed time.
