ASUS X55U(all hardware is checked and OK) notebook freezes randomly, 2-3 times a day. I tested a lot of Linux distros(Ubuntu,OpenSuse, etc) and kernels(3.2-3.14). Sometimes when it's doing something (e.g. installing things, listening music), sometimes when it's just sitting around and I haven't touched it for several minutes - in any case it happens even with suspend and brightness reduction turned off. This has happened with a wide variety of applications open, and it does not seem to have anything to do with any individual programs. The system does not respond to SysRQ commands when it has locked up in this way.

Lockups happen even with no third-party drivers and apps installed(3.14 has all needed drivers out of the box).

There are a lot of similar bug reports related to this issue:

And there is a solution(thermal.off=1 and blacklisting thermal modules such as k10temp,asus_nb_wmi,asus_wmi, acpi_virtual, sp5100_tco) that does not help.

Hardware:
AMD E-450 processor(with HD6320 integrated)
RT3290 WIFI+BT
Atheros AR8161 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller
Elantech Touchpad
ASUS WebCam
AMD USB 3.0
