Hello,

first of all, I'm using a kernel with bluetooth-next.git because my device ids where missing in the driver and the patch hasn't made it upstream yet.

Hardware: Acer Aspire E1-572-54204G50Mnkk
Bluetooth/Wifi combo: Atheros QCA9565/AR9565/QCWB335 ath9k/ath3k

I did 20 reboots but bluetooth worked only 7 times of it. When its not working dmesg shows "Bluetooth: Loading patch file failed".

This is known ath3 / xhci_hcd incompatibility. See more and some dirty fixes at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1237296
