sd card doesnt work still used rtsx-pci drivers...

tested on archlinux
and ubuntu 13-04 13-10 14-04 and 14-04 kernel mainline v3.13-rc3

worked on ubuntu 12-04 with rts-bpp drivers

to resume I've buy a clevo w310cz which come with integreated sd card
reader realtek (chipset 5286 rev01)
but the sd card doesn't work: no result when I put sd card

it seems to be upstream issue on recent kernel which integrated rtsx_pci drivers

the driver rts_bpp was created few years ago and worked on ubuntu 12.04:

But after ubuntu 12.04( for recent kernel of 12.04 too, as you can see
on the lauchpad bug mentioned above, but some manipulations exist to
force the rts_bpp driver), the driver rtsx_pci was incorpored to
kernel (and supposed to support 5286/5289) and replace rts_bpp.

no one version after 12.04 (i tested 13.04, 13.10 and 14.04 and 14.04
v3.13-rc3) support rts_bpp. but it's seems the driver rtsx_pci doesn't support this chipset realtek 5286/5289

i tested this laptop on last ubuntu, fedora, and archlinux, and with gnome and kde.  no more result...so this bug concern all distributions/recent kernel

after some manipulations, I succed to install realtek 5286/5289 driver rts-bpp.
In fact it's seems that field proc_info indeed is not presented in kernel sources on ubuntu 13.10.
so, need to commented.

My SD Card device is

Up to 3.13 (or maybe it was 3.12) kernel, the device was not working with fedora 20 kernel. And i used to buid my own kernel module with the instruction given here in comment #2.

I've recently rebooted to the 3.14.4-200.fc20.x86_64 fedora-provided kernel and I've discovered the inserted SD card was mounted on boot. 

Re-checking lspci, it looks like the device now has a driver :

for the moment, my computer use ubuntu 14.04 (kernel 3.13.0-29-generic)

I tested ubuntu mainline kernel (linux-headers-3.16.0-031600rc7) and uncomment rtsx_pci in /etc/modprobe.d/rtsx_blacklist.conf.
inserted SD card is mounted now !
So fixed in 3.16 kernel's ubuntu
