output of lspci -vv

The kernel freezes on boot due to the bttv module with the tv card plugged in. With kernel version 3.9.x it does not do that.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Boot the PC with tv card plugged in.

I did a kernel bisect and ended up with the following commit that introduced the problem: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=01df530c2791610727e345b3dd97ef75943c7320

My card is Twinhan VisionPlus DVB card with a Bt878 controller. The output of lspci is attached.

Unfortunately I cannot provide log files from the crash as the freeze occurs at a stage where log files are not yet written to the disk.
