LC_ALL=C journalctl -ab

I use 3.11-rc4. After resume from hibernate I can't play video with VDPAU. If simply reboot system UVD work fine.
In journal we can see

Aug 05 11:19:22 egorov-ey kernel: [drm:r600_uvd_ib_test] *ERROR* radeon: fence wait failed (-35).
Aug 05 11:19:22 egorov-ey kernel: [drm:radeon_ib_ring_tests] *ERROR* radeon: failed testing IB on ring 5 (-35).

This bug is closed now. But in my case bug not resolved. Reproduced on 3.11.5 and 3.12-rc5
