I found the mei_me spamming message reported before on suspend/resume in linux 3.10.3 and 3.10.4. And I also found that if I reboot my system via kexec, after the system is booted, it'll have two mei_me error messages printed on the screen over and over again: wrong host start response unexpected enumeration response hbm and then I have to reboot the system manually.
The spam message is the following two lines repeating several times: mei_me 0000:00:03.0: wait hw ready failed. status = 0x0 mei_me 0000:00:03.0: version message writet failed mei and mei_me are both modules.
And the same bugs in 3.10.1
The exact messages differ. More info can be found in this Fedora bug that's been tracking this since March with kernel 3.8: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=917081
