Problem Description:

RTL8139 don't add others to arp table but answer to others arp requests while
CONFIG_ACPI=y

Steps to reproduce:

compile, boot and it won't work

Please check if you're not running into bug #10 (bug #71 is the network part)

Well, what is the story? Does it have to do with the above mentioned bugs? If
so, does it still occur in 2.6.0-test2?

Please verify 2.6.0-test4, and send out dmesg and DSDT, if you have any error.
