Problem Description:sometimes during starting process the usb driver produces
this message : Nov 18 21:07:20 asterix kernel: usb 2-3: device descriptor
read/64, error -110, mouse is still not working, if I choose another usb
connector for the mouse, it works fine.

Steps to reproduce:
1. start the PC
2. message appears on console
3. USB mouse is not working
4. choose another usb connector for the mouse
5. mouse is now working

As this is a Fedora kernel, please enter in this issue into the redhat bugzilla.

If you can reproduce it with the normal kernel.org kernel (like 2.6.15-rc6),
then please reopen this bug here and let us know.
