Problem Description:
Kernel reaches initrd stage and upon activating the sata_mv driver it panics and
freezes.  When sata_mv is excluded via a modification of the rc.sysinit file
system boots with out error.

Steps to reproduce:
Happens every time sata_mv is loaded durring init.
