no, there is just a work around there to disable ACPI Fan driver. So the problem is not fixed. Bug reopened.
Oh right, my poor eyes need some rest. So Fernando, Do you still want to fix this bug? If so, please attach your acpidump out, and the dmesg after resume. BTW, does kernel 3.2 work with FAN module compiled?
