Null pointer exception during kernel panic

I've been trying to mount my Motorola smartphone with Android and VFAT file system, which was not cleanly unmounted previously. Each time I'm trying to do so, my linux box got crashed.
I have ThinkPad x220 laptop, with 3.8.2 kernel.
I'll attach kernel config soon.

I do not have neither that mobile phone, not that kernel any more, I believe it either fixed or new bug must be created as there is no movement for 2 years.
