Created attachment 93341 [details] [1] lsusb -v We have acquired an e-reader which says: 'AV Autovision AV606'. I have confirmed with the distributer that it uses the usb-storage driver (not MTP). Did try that though, didn't work. Attached: [1] lsusb -v [2] kernel spew of v3.4 kernel the spawned sg[0-3] nodes all fail to mount Any direction, suggestion on how to proceed? I cannot provide more info as I don't know what to provide anymore. Please tell. Would like to use this e-reader with Linux. Otherwise an alternative OS is being preferred by it's daily users... :(
Created attachment 93351 [details] [2] kernel spew of v3.4 kernel the spawned sg[0-3] nodes all fail to mount Would like to reassure you that I tested the kernel version mentioned in this bug. I have v3.4 kernel output here since I tried a liveCD (Gentoo based linux rescuecd). It's kernel seems to have more debug options enabled.
