iwlwifi is abyssmally slow in 3.8 compared to 3.7

3.7: 84Mbps/40
3.8: 3Mbps/1

Workaround is loading iwlwifi with the 11n_disabled flag set at 1

please retry on 3.14 - there is a W/A that should help there
