cooling devices state is changed back to 0 after restart.

please attach the output of "grep . /sys/class/thermal/*/*"

this does not seem to be wrong. so what do you expect to happen?
can "echo 0/1 > /sys/class/thermal/cooling_deviceX/cur_state" change the fan state?

yes it can change the state but it does not reflect to the operations

Hi:
Does this issue take place in the latest kernel v3.10-rc7?
