System saying that fan is disabled, and i get no way to control it. thinkpad-acpi module is loaded with "fan_control=1". Kernel version is 3.2.12-1. Laptop - ThinkPad Edge E420

This is true also for Thinkpad edge 530. They changed once again the EC config it seems. This bug is likely a dup of bug #38082 

If someone want a tester or would just mind to explain me the basis of this stuff so I can just write it myself, make a whistle.
