Comment 1 Marc Haber 2012-03-25 08:03:43 UTC
This is not a regression from 3.2.9, I was able to reproduce the issue on 3.2.9 as well. More information in http://lkml.org/lkml/2012/3/25/8

Issue should be renamed to "Linux 3.2 and 3.3 not doing IPv6 ND when it should".
Comment 2 Marc Haber 2012-03-25 08:05:19 UTC
Original issue is http://lkml.org/lkml/2012/3/22/59

To be sure (that it is post 3.2 regression): 3.2 or 3.2.x (x<=8) works ok?
