Description AnzUl 2012-03-02 06:09:33 UTC
With big partition (>60Tb) have some problem with perfomance. After not long use (10 or 12 days) reading speed down for 50 Mb/s. Normal speed from other disk (<40Tb) 260-300 Mb/s. After, when we delete partition 61 Tb and create new 31 Tb everything is fine and speed is 260-300. May be I must do something for better perfomanve, but why when I create a partition reading speed is normal 260-300 Mb/s. But no prublem with write speed in all partition 260-300 Mb/s

More information please.

What kernel are you using?
What is the storage and how is it configured?
How did you make the filesystem?
What mount options did you use, if any?
How are you testing this performance?
How fast can you read directly from the storage, without the filesystem?
etc...
