My storage controller was having some issues with one slot in my array eventually caused the disk to drop out of the array (RAID6 over 4 devices). Possibly related to bug 15464?

Please test against a newer kernel to see if this is fixed.

This was not readily reproducable and still isn't.

If the backtrace is not useful in pointing out a bug, then there is nothing else to do and the bug can be closed.

Try a newer kernel as it seems to possibly be fixed now.
