kernel boot messages

Getting this error message in kernel boot log on Dell XPS L502X laptop with Gentoo kernel 3.0.1 (had it also for 2.6.39). Found also a bug report for Fedora:

3.1-rc3 oops log.

the 'Xorg -configure' causes such graphics crash.
screen is black, keyboard w/o response, only previously established
ssh session allows to log kernel problems.

installed software:
mesa-7.11, xserver-1.10.4, libdrm-2.4.26, glibc-2.14, gcc-4.6.1.

This error message is completely harmless and only informational. It'll get demoted to a debug msg in 3.4.
