i forgot to tell that those log where grab from the guest machine.

server01$ sudo mount

mount: warning: /etc/mtab is not writable (e.g. read-only filesystem).
       It's possible that information reported by mount(8) is not
       up to date. For actual information about system mount points
       check the /proc/mounts file.

The problem was probably due because of the use of NFS in our setup.
I now use iSCSI to share LUN from both servers and everything seem to work perfectly !
