Xorg.log

On Acer 1830T, the touchpad is reported as to be an ALPS on Win 7 and is  recognize as PS/2 mouse by Xorg (see attached log)

The kernel does not find it neither (see attachjed proc_bus_input_devices)

Forgot to say I'm using Archlinux

Please update/reopen if this is still seen with a modern (3.2+) kernel

I can't as I've reinstalled Windows and sold the machine, I let somebody else update the bug
