Hardware Environment:Laptop EVO N110
Software Environment:kernel 2.6.8.1
Problem Description:If i use acpi my laptop dont boot.
I try with acpi=noirq ; pci=noacpi ; acpi_irq_isa=11 = no change

Sep 23 12:14:55 localhost kernel: ACPI: IRQ10 SCI: Edge set to Level Trigger.

and with nolapic is different.

Checking if this processor honours the WP bit even in supervisor mode... OK 
Calibrating delay loop...

on kernel 2.4.27-0.pre2.1mdk it's ok

if nolapic resolv the prblem, stay with nolapic on boot option.
if it is it is a know bug with local apics and 
works well with nolapic try to follow the bug 1269

Please re-open if linux-2.6.9 doesn't boot w/o any parameters.
It will not enable the lapic by default, but you'll be able
to explicitly enable it with "lapic" if you want.
