With the "threadirqs" boot parameter the system does hang few seconds after starting jack (using both the integrated card and a Focusrite Saffire PRO 40). First thing which stops working is the mouse, then the entire graphical interface does freeze. If I ssh into the system, stop jackd and restart the graphical server everything works fine except the mouse. Even unplugging and replugging it does help. Top does show nothing interesting.
