unexpected wake dmesg

I have an HP Elitebook 840 G7 laptop that has been having s2idle sleep issues since the beginning of using Linux. So far I have used Pop!_OS 22.04, Debian 12, and Fedora 38, 39, 40 on this machine, all of which wake up unexpectedly after suspending. Sometimes the wake is immediate, sometimes it doesn't happen until 1-2 hours later.

I have enabled PM debug messages via `/sys/power/pm_debug_messages` and attached 2 logs, one normal wake case and one unexpected wake.

Here are my current device specifications:
Host: HP EliteBook 840 G7 Notebook PC
CPU: Intel i5-10310U
GPU: Intel CometLake-U GT2
OS: Fedora Linux 40 (Workstation Edition)
Kernel: 6.8.10-300.fc40.x86_64
