error after reboot

samsung ssd(870 evo) not detected as bootable device on restart.
I have such ssd and i checked it with windows and old kernel (4.15) - All work fine. But on new kernel this problem is reproduced. Problem appears only after restart ob shutdown and then power on ,there is no such issues. I checked it with different ssd - also no such problem. Also i tried different grub versions and gpt/mbr modes - doesn't help. My laptop is HP probook 450 g0. The same issue i found on linux mint forum https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=350803 and debian users also has this issue
