I recently upgraded to fedora 36 and while initially bluetooth worked it fails now without extra steps. Kernel logs kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Opcode 0x c03 failed: -110 At this point my desktop environment (gnome 3) or cli (bluetoothctl) shows no controllers/devices.
