Description pik a-b 2021-03-07 12:28:08 UTC
Hi,

I plugged a USB 3.1 card into a PCIexpress slot and couldnt get resonable speeds with it. lsusb refers to it a USB 3.0 root hub, not usb 3.1. So look into dmesq and found an error.

As dont no nothing on driver and kernel it might be a totally misplaced ticket. But maybe its not, so give it a try.

It seems now to me now that I mixed up to issues with tow different pieces of hardware into one ticket. In general I am not sure how to gather the relevant information needed for further analysis. Therefore, I recall this ticket.
