Patch to revert 8353d30e7 (Format: mbox)

As per summary, get blank screen when should get small font during boot. Have to hard power-off to reboot. Network does not start. syslogd does not start either.
**git bisect** identified commit 8353d30e7 as 1st bad. This is a 1-liner removing a *break*. Reinstating it allows good boot again: supplied patch is an mbox ready for **git am**.

Reduce severity to high since there is a workaround (patch). This after reading some [bug reporting guidelines](https://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP/Conventions_of_bug_priority_and_severity)

Problem appears to be fixed at 5.10.21

Does not happen at 5.10.21+, 5.11 or 5.12
