Dell XPS 9570 support battery charge start and stop thresholds, but when battery charging is finished (for example at 80%), kernel still reports charging state.

Some tools reports this state as unknown.

This needs vendor specific driver support, that is why bug #209273 is located at Drivers/Platform category.
