This is a new laptop with a fresh installation of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. There is no option to select the headphones port when plugged in. It seems like the headphones port is not detected at all. There is only one option to choose: Speakers (Built-in Audio Analog Stereo). The sound card is RealTek ALC294.
