dmesg output

Hello,
Facing this bug for quite some time. When I connect any USB device to thunderbolt dock, it works for few seconds then it stops working.
So message in dmesg, nothing.
The lights are still on, on my USB device, so its not power failure. I can still see the USB device connected in lsusb or input. But it doesn't work.

Happens with all the USB devices. Keyboard, mouse & camera.
But both of my monitors and LAN adapter works fine.

OS tried: Manjaro (Arch) & Ubuntu (Debian)
Kernel tried: 5.1.x, 5.2.x ----- 5.7.x (All 5.x.x) kernels.
Currently on 5.7.10

I have already tried authorising, reauthorising the dock. Upgraded the firmware. and everything else which I can get from google and IRC.

Attaching dmesg output
