When I use QEMU-KVM to start the VM with the 5.3.0-45-generic kernel, the UDP fragmentation offload feature of the virtio-net device is turned off and cannot be turned on.
But if I change the kernel version to 4.4.0-142-generic, the UDP fragmentation offload feature of the virtio-net device in the VM is on.
