The command 

"ffmpeg -f v4l2 -video_size 640x480 -i /dev/video0 -f alsa -i default -c:v libx264 -preset ultrafast -c:a aac webcam.mp4"

produces a video with audio and video unsynchronized.

Other software have an issue: cheese, kamoso and zart. Cheese used to work with the kernel version of 2020/03/07.
