I am using Ubuntu 19.10 eoan (x86-64) with the 5.4.12 which doesnt crash. When i use 5.5-rc6 then my PC randomly shuts down after a while. Theres no issue with my battery. 

specs:

Intel© Pentium© CPU 2020M @ 2.40GHz × 2
Sandisk SSD Plus 256GB
Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller
GPU:Device: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Ivybridge Mobile  (0x156)

I dont have the Issue with 5.4.12. I am using the LightDM Display Manager.
