17ef:60c3 Lenovo L830-EB-00 generates a SIPODEV Lenovo HID Device Touchpad, this touchpads works as expected despite using two finger scrolling makes the cpu under have load and causes hangs while using it.

This doesn't happen over kernel 4.19 where it works smooth.

The laptop is a Lenovo ideapad D330.

I have checked that it only happens over Wayland, over Xorg doesn't happen. Perhaps I should better report in Wayland?
