dmesg crash

I am getting random crashes with the iwlwifi driver on the 4.15 kernel series. I have also observed these crashes on the current series of 4.14 stable kernels, but I do not recall ever encountering this crash on the 4.13 series.

See attached crash information from dmesg.

This crash will happen when I am simply web browsing. Suddenly the internet will stop responding, and I will see the attached crash in dmesg. When this happens, the wireless hardware locks up. Restarting the wireless connection via network manager is not possible, and the system hangs indefinitely when trying to reboot (requires a hard power off).

I have checked linux-firmware.git and made sure that I have the latest firmware - the following firmware is being used:

iwlwifi-7260-17.ucode

The adapter is connected to a Turris Omnia router running OpenWRT.

Chipset: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9880 802.11bgnac
Mode: 802.11ac
Band: 5ghz
Channel: 36 (5.180 GHz)
Width: 80mhz
Encryption: WPA2 PSK (TKIP, CCMP)

Please let me know if I can provide any additional information to help troubleshoot.
