bluetooth stop working after short period of time., all commands have timeout, and "hci_cmd_task: hci0 command tx timeout" in dmesg

I could not bluetooth to operate at all (using Cambridge Silicon Radio dongles) on kernel version 2.6.37-rc5. I think this problem may relate to (or be a duplicate of) #10126
