pwm-lpss 80860F09 invalid resource error message with 4.14. Had to downgrade kernel from 4.14 to 4.9 in order to boot. Intel Bay Trail-M Dual Core Celeron N2840 Processor.

"pwm-lpss 80860F09:00: invalid resource" is still in dmesg in 4.15.18 Good news is the message is gone from 4.16.3 and 4.17-rc1 Checked on Asus T100CHI running Ubuntu 18.04
